Bush flowers Toowoomba wreath has been designed especially for our brave Anzac’s.
At Westridge florist we pride ourselves for creating original designs for all occasions. It is a privilege for us to make beautiful wreaths of fresh flowers for our Anzac men and women. It is such a emotional time of remembering we work very hard. We endeavour to create something that really does show our pride and respect for the Anzac’s. In this case we think that our Anzac bush wreath is perfect. We have a partner called farmgate flowers, this is a series of farms where we can get natural bush flowers which makes our Bush flowers wreath unique. The Anzacs loved Australia and this makes the bush flowers so special. We also add in some rosemary for remembrance.
What is Anzac Day.
Each year, on the 25th of April, Australia commemorates ANZAC Day as a national day of remembrance to mark the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) at Gallipoli during World War I. The tradition of laying a wreath of beautiful fresh flower blooms at dawn services, remembrance services and commemorative marches is a long held way to honour those who served and died in military service. Our job is to make the most beautiful wreaths that we can and we feel honoured to do this.
Meaning of the floral wreath.
The circular shape of the floral wreath is symbolising no beginning or end. It is representative of eternity and the everlasting circle of life. Ancient Rome, victors and successful commanders were crowned with a wreath to mark their triumph. Eternity, respect and celebration of victory are just some of the sentiments that floral wreaths represent. At westridge florist we love to design unique and beautiful wreaths. The ring of love Anzac wreath is one of our favourites.
