A: Yes! Westridge Florist is a top member of the PETALS Association. We will happily take your order, answer your flower questions and ensure great service and excellent flowers across Australia and to a range of far-off places including:

Q: Do you cater to Wedding Flowers?
A: Our expert staff is well trained in the art of wedding flowers. We will create your dream flowers for your big day, and make sure they are beautiful and ready exactly when needed.
With our Wedding Boutique range, we have a varied selection of affordable natural wedding bouquets to match every bride and budget. There are even a collection of Wedding Packages which you can chop and change to suit you!
Q: When can I book for lessons?
A: Flower Arranging Courses can be booked anytime during opening hours, Monday – Saturday. Our times are very flexible to suit you and one session lasts anywhere from 3 – 6 hours, over the course of 1-3 days
Our YouTube channel is free to view and overflowing with Floristry secrets, quick tips and flower tutorials. Everything the aspiring florist could need online and more!

Q: When are you open?
A: We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm AND Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm.
Westridge Florist does not open Sundays or public holidays.
Exceptions are, of course, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.
Q: What hours do you deliver?
A: Westridge Florist makes deliveries throughout the day from 9:00AM – 4:00PM though we always take requests for early/late delivery times.

Deliveries to out-of-town areas may require overnight delivery or same day before 10AM order collection.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery fees depend on suburb. Please see Westridge Florist’s Flower Delivery Places blog for a full list of prices.
Q: What’s the deadline for placing an order to ensure same day flower delivery?
A: Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday – Friday and by 10am (AEST) on Saturday to guarantee same day delivery.

Q: Do you call the recipient prior to delivery?
A: Westridge Florist does not normally call the recipient prior to delivery however we always take confirmation requests and are perfectly able to do so.

Q: What happens in the recipient is not at home?
A: If the recipient is not home at time of delivery, the courier will leave the flowers/gifts in a safe shady place near the front door. Specific instructions can be followed.
Q: What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
A: Westridge Florist will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, Westridge Florist will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Westridge Florist is unable to accept any responsibility for such loss.
It is the customer’s obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
Q: I want to make my own wedding centerpieces. Can you provide flowers and supplies?
A: Absolutely! At Westridge Florist we even offer Wedding Flower Arranging Courses for you to create your own flowers or simply as a fun activity for your bridal party.
