Description
White Anzac wreath.
Our white flower Anzac wreath is a beautiful tribute for our brave servicemen and women. Each year, on the 25th of April, Australia commemorates ANZAC Day as a national day of remembrance to mark the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) at Gallipoli during World War I. The tradition of laying a wreath of beautiful fresh flower blooms at dawn services, remembrance services and commemorative marches is a long held way to honour those who served and died in military service. Our job is to make the most beautiful wreaths that we can and we feel honoured to do this.
About the meaning of the floral wreath.
The circular shape of the floral wreath is symbolising no beginning or end. It is representative of eternity and the everlasting circle of life. In ancient Rome, victors and successful commanders were crowned with a wreath to mark their triumph. Eternity, respect and celebration of victory are just some of the sentiments that floral wreaths represent. At westridge florist we love to design unique and beautiful Anzac wreaths for you. They are a symbol for respect and remembrance.
What we do at Westridge florist.
They are a symbol for respect and remembrance. White flowers are perfect to represent sorrow and sympathy and respect for sacrifices made. We include a selection of fresh white flower blooms. Roses carnations and lily’s are just a few of the white flowers we will choose from. We use seasonal flowers so that you get good value. Seasonal flowers will be the freshest and long lasting . We then complement them with lush green foliage and add some rosemary for remembrance. We use seasonal flowers as these are flowers at there best and of the best value. At westridge florist we have one of the most extensive availability of lush green and local foliage. So included in your wreath is always a little bit of the Ausie bush the Anzacs loved so much. We also add in a little bit of rosemary for remembrance.
