A big and creamy milk chocolate bursting with caramel and malt flavours. This cocoa is grown by small farms in the Black Post region outside of Honiara in the Solomon Islands. The cocoa is then fermented and sun dried in Honiara.

Description

Metiisto started life in the heart of Sweden back in 2012. In 2018 we relocated to Toowoomba, Australia and discovered the amazing cocoa of the Pacific Islands. We use a blend of old world techniques and new world ideas to craft fine chocolate from the cocoa bean to the finished bar and beyond.
