Here at Westridge florist our goal has always been to provide the highest quality flowers and exceptional service at competitive prices. We pride ourselves on treating every order we receive as if it were for our own family. These things haven’t changed at all, but we now have a wonderful, fresh studio to make visiting us to choose exquisite blooms or gifts from our extended range even more enjoyable.
As part of our renovations, we added a large cool room. This has allowed us to extend the variety and amount of flowers we keep in stock, providing many more options for our valued clients. We love it when our customers stay to watch us prepare their flowers, but you can also find plenty of things to do and places to eat where we’re located in the Westridge Shopping Centre Westridge Shopping Centre at 300 West St. Toowoomba.
We’ve also acquired our very own delivery van with an on-board cooling system. This means that our delivery service is prompt, personal, and reliable, and your flowers will arrive looking fresh, pristine, and beautiful.
We are firm believers in continued learning here at Westridge Florist, and attend regular seminars and workshops to hone our skills, develop new techniques, and keep up with contemporary designs and trends. We also offer workshops ourselves as we love to share our knowledge. In the new year we have an exciting new course with ten sessions that be completed at your leisure throughout the year.
This course will cover basic strausing and arranging in variety of basic designs as well as more intricate wire design work. Along with the knowledge you’ll gain, you’ll enjoy a relaxed and social environment that brings together like-minded people who share a love of flowers. We see the benefits of flowers everyday on the emotional health of both the recipient and the giver and we take great delight in giving you the gift of creating beautiful floral arrangements for your loved ones or even for yourself.
If you can’t make it into the store in person, we share beautiful images of our floral creations everyday on our Facebook page, Instagram and our very own YouTube channel. We love to chat about all things flowers, and you can contact us via social media, by email, or by ringing the store for a one-on-one chat.
Our new-look website is really easy to navigate and we are updating it regularly with images of actual designs made in our florist shop and informative blogs. You can take inspiration from our previous work, or we can work with you closely to create a brand new and unique arrangement for your loved one.
We love the improvements that we have made this year and more importantly, we love how they help to support our passion for incredible service and even more incredible flowers.
